Fábulas

The idea of publishing this book was born with the aim of developing the reading and writing skills of our second grade students. We proposed the creation of a book of fables since it is a literary genre studied in depth in Portuguese and English classes. In addition to analyzing and learning about the main characteristics of the genre, our young readers and writers learned that to write a book, professional writers need to follow many steps.

Inspired by the theme of global citizenship, our students chose morals that teach and help readers to reflect on what it is like to be a citizen of the world. Many of the scenarios and animals chosen for the fables contemplate Slovenia.

Thus, it was necessary to make an initial plan, write the first draft, edit as well as revise. Later, a second version was written, in which errors could no longer appear. Finally, students wrote their final version and drew illustrations to complement their writing piece.

We were happy to see the commitment and determination of all our students. They deserve a trophy! We are also thankful for the support of all the parents. We could not have done it without you!

Teaching students how to write requires time, planning, vocation, and especially love. It is with love that we tell stories that inspire, present ideas to motivate and create rules to direct. It brought tears to our eyes when we realized we were able to reap the fruits of all the hard work. This is our greatest reward! It is with great pride that we present you with the fruits of this project.

Foi com o intuito de desenvolver habilidades de leitura e de escrita dos alunos do 2º Ano que nasceu a ideia deste livro. Propusemos a criação de fábulas por ser esse o gênero textual explorado com maior profundidade nas aulas de Inglês e de Português. Além de identificar e analisar as principais características do gênero, nossos pequenos leitores e escritores perceberam que, para escrever um livro, muitas etapas devem ser seguidas por um escritor profissional.

Inspirados pelo tema de cidadania global, nossos alunos escolheram morais que ensinam e ajudam os leitores a refletirem sobre o que é ser um cidadão do mundo. Muitos dos cenários e animais escolhidos para as fábulas contemplam a Eslovênia.

Assim, foi preciso fazer um planejamento, uma primeira versão, a correção e, quando necessária, a reescrita. Então, uma segunda versão em que os erros deveriam ser eliminados. Finalmente, os alunos chegaram à última versão com ilustrações.

Ficamos felizes em testemunhar o empenho e a determinação de todas as crianças, que merecem um troféu! Estamos muito agradecidos, também, pelo apoio de todas as famílias. Não poderíamos concretizar este projeto sem a ajuda de vocês!

Ensinar escrever exige tempo, planejamento, vocação e, principalmente, amor. E, com amor, lemos fábulas para inspirar; apresentamos ideias, para motivar; criamos regras para direcionar; e nos emocionamos, quando percebemos que todo o trabalho produziu frutos. Esta é nossa grande recompensa! Com grande orgulho, apresentamos os frutos do esforço coletivo.
