Our goal is for students to sign up for adult services (DVR, DDA, etc) in order to help earn paid jobs by the time they graduate. Some services require you to have graduated, or turned 21 before they can provide services. Because these services are so crucial to successful employment outcomes, we request that all students interested in the program be in their last year of school services.
Not at orientation, but certainly once class begins at the start of the school year!
Students can absolutely choose to bring a lunch, or use the free voucher that Swedish Edmonds Hospital provides. It covers the cost of an entree.
