Our program started in September of 2016 through collaborative efforts between Swedish Edmonds Hospital, DVR, DDA, Snohomish County, Northwest Center, and The Edmonds School District.

We believe that all lives are enriched through meaningful employment. Our goal is that by graduation, each years students will attain paid, competitive employment in the community. We aim for a minimum of 16 hours per week, year-round, competitive employment that pays the prevailing local wage.
