JPS ORCHESTRA FEE FORM

This form is to let parents know about the costs to needed to support the high school orchestra for the 2025–2026 school year. It explains what each fee is for: a t-shirt used as a uniform, a banquet at the end of the year, a fund to help pay for music and supplies.

Welcome to the JPS Orchestra Family! Here’s what you need to know to support your student and our amazing program this year.

REQUIRED CONTRIBUTIONS – $95 Total - Seniors $80

• Orchestra T-Shirt – $15
  Worn at all concerts, trips & events.

• Orchestra Banquet – $15
  Year-end celebration for all students.

Seniors do not have to pay $15 for the banquet

• Director’s Fund – $25
  Covers sheet music, instrument needs, and senior scholarships.

• WorkBond - $40

Volunteer 4 hours (or 1 event shift) during the year.

Refund received at year-end upon completion.

Only one Work Bond per family, even with multiple children in the high school orchestra program.
