The John P. Stevens High School Orchestra Parent Association (JPSHS OPA) is a non-profit 503(c)3 volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the school's orchestra program. OPA assists with fundraising, organizes events, and provides scholarships to graduating seniors. The association also helps purchase supplies and materials for the music departments that are not covered by the school budget. Parents are encouraged to participate by chaperoning trips, staffing events, and contributing their skills in areas such as photography, accounting, and public relations.
