After joining QF, HR will provide you with your QF email address and your PUE email address. The link below shows you how to reset your own password if you have forgotten it or wish to change it.
QF and PUE Password policy: strong passwords consist of a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols, such as punctuation. They should be at least 12 characters long.
Note: If your planning to go on holidays or long vacation please ensure that you change your password before leaving the country or leaving the School/center so you can always be connected with your account. Since you have also IT support in your building you may reach out to them to assist you if you face any technical issues.

QF Email: It's an organization email that is used for your device login and Wi-Fi Services, this email will be your key to accessing the device that will be assigned to you from PUE IT department. QF IT are the in charge of this email address and its services. Important information from PUE, QF, IT, communications, or school leadership is communicated via this email. This email ends with (example@qf.org.qa) for all QF employees.
PUE Email: its our main educational email that is associated with our GSuite and O365 Services. With the PUE email you will be able to access all Google Services like Google Classroom, YouTube, Google sites etc. PUE Account has also license with Office 365 which is migrated with our Google accounts and our services. the email will be as example (example@xxx.qfschools.qa)
Microsoft Authenticator is a two-factor authentication tool developed by Microsoft. It enables password-free sign-in for Microsoft accounts and adds an additional degree of protection for third-party applications and services. When you install Microsoft Authenticator, you'll get a time-sensitive six or eight-digit number that you must provide when entering into any accounts you've configured with 2FA. or Notification approval through app, or provide a two digit code.
