Education City Tram Stops

Qatar Foundation (QF) launched the Education City Tram in 2019. This electrically-powered tram system is a sustainable form of travel and carries passengers around QF’s ‘Academic Loop’ and beyond like Oxygen Park, Green Spine, and more. 

The Education City Tram covers a total of 3 lines:

• Line 1: Yellow (Education City Stadium to Al Shaqab)

• Line 2: Blue (Academic Loop)

• Line 3: Green (connecting Education City Community Housing, lot 1 and lot 2 to Education City)

Please note that it is free to ride the tram in Education City.

As a member of Qatar National Library, you will have access to over a million books, magazines, newspapers, and periodicals – for both children and adults – in 16 different languages. The history of Qatar and the Middle East will be at your fingertips in our Heritage Library, while our Innovation Stations offer members access to photographic equipment, 3-D printing, design software, and a music studio. For students, we have silent spaces for studying, and public computers and Wi-Fi available to everyone.
