As a Service Advisor at Ed Bozarth #1 Chevrolet Park Meadow, you will be part of our award-winning service team, helping our customers during their service visit, guiding them through their warranty servicing or repair in a way that is as quick, convenient, and as affordable as possible. You consider your role to be like a concierge, caring for our customers and their experience with a high level of hospitality so they can get back on the road quickly and confidently. You love talking about cars and technical subjects in easy-to-understand ways. We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Ed Bozarth #1 Chevrolet Park Meadow and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to build long-term relationships with our customers and ensure that they want to come back to our store for their next automotive need.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:

  • Have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record

  • Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and some holidays

  • Bring a positive attitude, fantastic communication skills, and superior customer service skills, including the ability to uncover needs and empathize with concerns

  • Bring the aptitude to learn technical details on all types of cars combined with the ability to explain them in non-technical terms

  • Be very organized, skilled at prioritization, and great time managers

In addition, we’re most interested in candidates who also have:

  • Prior sales or service experience in a customer-centered industry

  • Prior experience with an automotive dealership


Depending on how far candidates proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
