School Clubs

School Clubs is a great way to get involved at Mount Stromlo and we have quite a few running this term:

HOMEWORK CLUB- Homework club will give students the opportunity to work on assessment items including assignments, test revision and class work, or to catch up on work missed due to absences. Mondays 3pm-4.30pm in the Cafe (Near Student Services on the Ground level) . If you are interested in attending, download the homework club note on the school website and return to your team teachers.

ART CLUB- If you would like to do some Art during a break time every Tuesday Break 1 In the Art Room ( C15 In the Technology Building), all you need to bring is yourself and a sketchbook if you have one.

BANDS AND CHOIR- Choir is on every Wednesday Break 2 in the SPACE. If you are interested in Band please see Mr Greenwood in the SPACE.

DANCE CLUB- Want to bust a move? Every Monday at Break 1 in the Dance Room (Level 1) is the place to be.

GAMES CLUB- Are you looking for a social club for after schools and love Board Games or Dungeons and Dragons? Games Club is perfect for you! Every Monday Afternoon from 3pm-4pm In Science Lab 3.

MAKERSPACE CLUB- For creating individual projects such as Robotics, programming / coding and laser printing. There is two different break times: Week A is Tuesday Break 1 and Week B is Monday Break 1. There is also an afterschool time on Thursday afternoons.

WRITING GROUP- If you are interested in Creative Writing or Poetry there is a Google Classroom you can enter and they will keep you updated with writing competitions- Google classrooms Code: 5dlknai
