Course and Frameworks already refer to element of Research Ethics, particularly in relation to the honest referencing of research material. Also, achievement standards reference research skills and other methodological processes, which of course should be undertaken ethically. In addition, some courses and standards also make specific references to the exploration of legal and ethical issues in the process of generating and creating knowledge within the discipline, e.g. copyright, homage, open-mindedness, interrogating own biases.
