support & feedback

Support at your school

Our ACT Public Schools have amazing teachers and support staff who are trained in the use of Google Workspace and can help you on your journey.

Contact your teacher if you have any questions about digital learning. They will be your first point of contact if you need help.

Digital Learning Feedback

If you have issues with your Chromebook, accessing your Google Classroom or using technology at your school, please speak with your classroom teacher or your School's IT Officer.

If you have any other general questions or feedback about Digital Learning in ACT Public schools, please use this form to contact us.

eSafety | Get involved

At the beginning of each term you should receive an eSafety message, reminding you of your responsibilities when using an ACT Education Directorate device and accessing the School's WiFi.

We value your input and know that you are creative, critical thinkers that understand what meets your needs best in the online world. Here is an example of a message that was designed by ACT public school students, for ACT public school students.

We love your feedback and are here to support you. If you would like to suggest how we can improve our eSafety message, please use this form to give us your ideas.

the ACT EDUCATION Digital Learning Team!

You might see our team working with your school throughout the year. We are here to support students, teachers and school communities as we navigate the digital realm.
