eSafety information and support

Creating a safe and supportive learning environment both at school and online is a consistent focus for ACT Education and your School.

The online world can at times be a scary or confronting place. Through programs at your school, we hope to provide you with the confidence and tools to navigate things online that may make you uncomfortable or unsafe. Your teachers will help you to build your knowledge and skills for engaging in the online world and for building a positive digital identity.

At all times, we encourage you to speak with a trusted adult about anything that does make you feel unsafe or uncomfortable online and to seek ways to help you and your friends to get out of trouble and not in trouble.

Please explore the information and resources below and reach out to your school for support.

TERM 1 2021 | MY DIGITAL IDENTITY

As we begin the new school year, this is an opportune time to establish (or double check) your approach to building a positive digital identity.

On a personal level, this includes reviewing your passwords and online privacy settings, as well as establishing a positive approach to online communication within our classrooms and school communities.
