Teacher responsibilities

Classroom teachers will:

• design planned learning opportunities for students to engage with at home

• send a timetable of recommended learning to their students each week

• activate daily links for set learning tasks as per timetable

• communicate frequently with students through the specified platforms to guide their learning and support their wellbeing

• provide feedback to support student’s ongoing learning

• monitor and record student’s engagement with their learning

• review and adjust weekly learning programs as required

• contact parents if they notice students are not engaging with the learning platform and set tasks

• support parents by communicating via email or phone - please allow teachers 1-2 days to respond to your requests.
