ASbA Opportunity - Animal Services
Pups4Fun currently has an exciting Australian School Based Apprenticeship opportunity available for a student interested in starting a career in the animal care industry.
Based at the Pups for Fun Fisher facility, the position offers hands-on experience across dog grooming, daycare, training, animal handling and customer service while the successful student completes a Certificate III in Animal Care Services online via Heiniger Academy.
The opportunity is suitable for students who:
Are currently in Years 10–12 and at least 15 years old
Are eligible to undertake an ASBA
Can commit to approximately 15–16 hours per week
Are enthusiastic about working with dogs and developing a career in the pet industry
Are willing to learn, accept feedback and contribute as part of a team
No previous industry experience is required. They are looking for reliable and motivated student who is ready to learn and understands that animal care also involves physical work, cleaning and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

Women in Construction program - Year 11 Students Only
The Australian Training Company (ATC) is preparing for the next intake of the Women in Construction Pathways Program (WICPP).
WICPP provides students with a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of careers within the construction industry while continuing their school studies.
Through workplace rotations, students gain hands-on experience, develop industry skills, build professional networks, and gain valuable insight into potential career pathways.
Compulsory Information Session
Students and their parent/guardian are required to attend an information session before being considered for the program. During the session, ATC will outline the program structure, student commitments, workplace expectations, and selection process.
