Purpose
Purpose
The EHS Green Team strives to make our local high school more energy efficient.
We have many parallel projects currently! We have installed a 32 kW solar array - and now planning the next systems. We have completed delamping our school hallways and now are investigating LED lighting options. And we have been talking with other schools about how student action leads to real change at multiple conferences.
Every member is dedicated to achieving this mission by meeting multiple times a month to fill out grant applications, RFQ's, and learn more about sustainable energy.
