With the passing of House Bill 157, schools are required to provide Hands only CPR and First Aid Instruction to students. In lieu of taking an hour away from an instructional class period, we have elected to provide this instruction to our students over three days during the Advisory Class Period.
Click here for the powerpoint: Basic First Aid & Hands-on CPR Education for ECSD Students. Please understand this is just to introduce and expose CPR to the students, not to certify them.
*** Students who are interested in getting a CPR certification may go to the RED CROSS website (local chapter) to sign up with parental permission.
