Mental Health Supports for Students Ages 10 and Up: University of Iowa
**Students need to be referred by a school counselor, administrator or nurse with parent permission. Once the referral is made the Scanlan Center will reach out to the family to complete paperwork and intake information. These sessions (up to 10) are intended as short term to bridge the gap between the need for services and waitlists. The sessions are all virtual and will take place at school, with privacy.

School Based Mental Health Therapy for All Ages: Family Connections
**Students can be referred by parents or school staff. The referral made by school staff is made with parent permission. Once the referral is made, Family Connections will reach out to complete the intake form and gather necessary paperwork. Students can see the school based therapist during their school day located just above the third floor on what we call the 3 1/2 (the north end).
