Terms and Conditions for Hiring Equipment

The hirer agrees to take responsibility for the care of any equipment in their possession during the expedition and return it in the same condition at the end of the expedition.

Ecoventure reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any kit that is lost or damaged. (Reasonable wear and tear will be taken into consideration).

At the time of collection it is the hirers responsibility too:

Check kit for any faults / defects

Highlight any faults / defects to a member of Ecoventure staff

Ensure that any faults or defects are noted on the Kit Hire Sign Out Sheet

Sign the Kit Hire Sign Out Sheet

At the time of return it is the hirers responsibility too:

Demonstrate to a member of Ecoventure staff that the kit being returned is in the same condition as when it was signed out.

Ensure that a member of Ecoventure staff signs the Kit Hire Sign Out Sheet to say that the kit has been returned.
