Team Communication

Volunteers commit to a PTA often around other home and work responsibilities so working effectively and efficiently as a team is essential. Salesforce can offer some useful features out-of-the box to help a team work smartly.

Emails and Letters

It is possible to send individual or mass emails using email templates from Salesforce to your contacts so email correspondence can easily be saved against records in salesforce. It's a great way to thank sponsors, donors or volunteers for their time or money and record the acknowledgement.

Chatter

Set up Chatter Groups and give PTA members, parents and/or volunteers free External Chatter Licenses to collaborate and discuss in groups. Share files, conduct polls, discuss or share points all in one place accessible via phone, tablet, email or computer.

Project Management
