Be empowered by our Salesforce Supermums

The Salesforce for PTA initiative is part of the Salesforce Supermums programme, founded by Economic Change CIC.

Economic Change CIC is a non-profit consultancy which provides Salesforce and Management Consultancy support to non-profits. We are a Registered Impact Consulting Partner for Salesforce.org and have worked with over 150 non-profits to implement Salesforce.

The consultancy was founded by Heather Black in 2012, a mum of two young girls living in East Sussex. In 2016, Heather launched the Salesforce Supermums programme, to train and support mums (and dads) back into work. www.supermums.org

During the six month programme, our supermum trainees are engaged in training, work experience, mentoring and employment support to help them become certified salesforce administrators and achieve a flexible well-paid career within the salesforce eco-system. Job opportunities are varied including project management, technical, sales, business analysis and consultancy roles.

As part of their 8 week work experience, they support a non-profit to implement Salesforce.

We normally charge our non-profit clients our consultancy rates, but for PTA's we are offering a completely free support package. The support package for PTA's will consist of 48hrs of support from a Supermum which will entail configuration, set up and training. This work will need to be completed within a specific two month window, and delivered virtually. The 48hrs will consist of approximately 32 -26 hours preparation and configuration work and 12 -16 hours of live webinars to train and support you and your PTA team to understand Salesforce. The Supermum will be supported by a mentor throughout the process.

Our 6 month programme trains mums up as proficient, experienced, confident and certified Salesforce Administrators, to date we have signed up 50 mums and supported over 36 non-profits.
