Having a quick overview of how we do our pricing process is important for everyone in the company to know. We have two ways to give a quote. The first is through our website (which they do on their own) and the second is if they call, text or email (manual).
Step 1: A new potential client will arrive on our site and click the get instant quote
Step 2: They enter their address and click instant quote. The machine then measures the lawn, pulls the square footage (If the lawn is new area, or not on any mapping system it will not pull the data). They can use the tool and correct or remeasure.
Step 3: They (and you) get a copy of the quote with all the information and the pricing
Step 4: They are taken to a checkout cart.
Step 5: Both you and the potential get an email that looks like the one below. If they sign up it will say "You have a new customer" If they do not sign up you get an email that says "You have a new lead"
Manual Quote
Step 1 : A potential clients calls, emails, or stops you on the job and would like a quote. You need to gather the address, name, phone and email. Enter their address on a site like Measuremylawn.com.
Step 2: Use the Pricing guide to find your sq footage and then you have your lawn price. You can then text or give over the phone to the potential. I do recommend putting them in SAP as a lead so you can work lead process
