We do have expectations for you on how to interact with our clients. This is just as important to us (or more so) then the quality of the work that you do. People can sometimes forgive a mistake during a lawn treatment but they will not forgive being treated poorly.
😀 - If you are at someones home working, remember you are at there home, THEIR sanctuary. Always be aware of and looking out for the client. If you see them, look them in the eyes and say Hello or make small conversation, even something simple like " How are you doing today? Thank you for letting us serve you!" can go a long way.
😀 - If the homeowners or kids are out in the lawn, before you start talk to them and make sure everything is ok to do the work.
😀 - Go the extra mile. If you see something on the property that could be helpful to them let them know or make a note so we can. For example - "we noticed your sprinklers are broken", or just anything you can see.
😀 - The clients comes first. Make sure to always listen to them. If they have special requests or issues, take the time to listen and let them know they are being heard and you will reach out to the office (or whoever) can rectify the issue.
😀 - Most clients are not home or if they are it's just a quick conversation. If they are home and have request’s or anything please put it in the notes so we can make sure the request is met.
😀 - People want you to be able to educate them on basic stuff. Please familiarize yourself with the information on this site. If you do not know an answer to something and they would like the answer now, please call your manager or office staff. If you can not get the answer right away, please let the client know that we are working on getting them the answer and someone will follow up soon.
