Mendonça Cacholote Nareia Júnior – Project Lead (Green Generation)
Mendonça leads the Green Generation Project with a deep belief in the power of education to shape a better tomorrow. Focused on cultivating future climate leaders, he works tirelessly to advance EcoHope’s mission of empowering youth to take meaningful action for Mozambique's sustainable future.
Osvaldo João Hale – Project Lead (Planting Prosperity)
With a degree in Forestry Engineering and extensive experience in agriculture, Osvaldo drives the Planting Prosperity Project. His work ensures that vulnerable communities adopt sustainable agricultural practices, enhancing food security while preserving the environment. Osvaldo’s expertise is instrumental in transforming over 5 hectares of land into sustainable farming models.
Jorge Sitoe – Operations and Projects Coordinator
Jorge is a Zootecnics Engineer with a strong agricultural background who supports both Green Generation and Planting Prosperity. As Operations and Projects Coordinator, he plays a vital role in administrative tasks, including project planning, budgeting, and coordination. Jorge joined EcoHope to empower youth and foster sustainable development in Mozambique.
