ONLINE DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICE

The Online Document Delivery Service (ODDS) fulfills requests for articles and book chapters from journals, books, e-resources, and other PSBA - Manila Library assets. These documents will be sent to your email upon request through the Document Delivery Service.

Who may avail this service?

This is a free service for our faculty members, Non-Teaching Personnel and students who are enrolled in Philippine School of Business Administration – Manila. 

How to avail of this service?

To avail of this service follow the steps below:

1. Open our Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and search for the library materials you wish to be scanned. If you already know the details of the book you are going to request, please proceed in filling out the form.

2. Fill out the form through this shorten link: tinyurl.com/PSBAMla-Lib-ODDS.

3. Received request shall be processed and prepared by the librarian within 3 working days.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

• This is a free service to the PSBA - Manila Community.

• The Library complies with the Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Fair Use. Requests are limited to one journal article/book chapter per title only or not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the work.

• Limitations on Online Document Delivery Service are related to the capacity of available staff resources.

• Maximum of three (3) different titles of materials shall be accommodated per client for a day.

• Requests for more than one hundred pages or encompassing entire works are not allowed.

• Received request shall be processed and prepared by the librarian within 3 working days.

• The scanned materials will only be available to the requester for five (5) days. (Subject for renewal).

• Some collections may not be eligible for Online Document Delivery Service.

• Upon receiving the request, DO NOT send a copy to others or forward it. Redistribution and reproduction of these scanned materials provided by the PSBA - Manila Library are prohibited and punishable by the Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Rights.

• If the request does not comply with the terms of service, the Librarian will contact the requester via email.
