LIBRARY REFERRAL SERVICE

The PSBA-Manila Library issues Library Referral Letters to those who wish to perform research in other libraries and research institutions. Interviews are conducted by the OIC-Librarian or the Library Assistant before the patrons are given referral letters. The interview aims to determine the purpose of the visit and to confirm if the student has exhausted all resources available in the Library. The Referral Letters are also required by libraries before they will allow you to use their resources and facilities. Some libraries accept visitors on specific days only.

All bonafide members of the Institute are eligible to request for referral letters at least three (3) days before the intended date of visit to other libraries or research institutions. Referrals are issued subject to the visiting schedule and policies set by the institution visited. Kindly take note that most institutions are charging library research fees.
