Computer Support for Students

ITS provides, free of charge, diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware/software trouble on your Personal Computer. 

We do strongly recommend you call the vendor of your PC if that PC is under warranty. Please note that we can not offer any verbal or written warranty, expressed or implied, for work done on your PC.

To have ITS check out your PC, bring the laptop and power supply or desktop CPU to the ITS office in the Armacost Library. All PCs submitted for diagnostic review must be owned by that student. Be ready to provide a short description of the problem. Our staff will diagnose the PC. If we can't fix a problem, we can identify and suggest items you may need to purchase or replace.
