Forms III-VI
The Upper School Community Service Learning (CSL) journey is designed to inspire students to think and engage critically with community partners. Please see the different options available to fulfill your CSL requirement below.
Upper school students will engage in our Project Based service model, guided by CSL advisors. Form III students complete pre-service work (on campus, not community partner facing) and Form IV and V students complete in-service work (direct community partner facing).
Please take note of the following information:
The Adler Symposium takes place every two years. The next Adler Symposium is set to occur in April 2026.
All approved projects for Form IV-VI students must be in partnership with a non-profit organization and tied to a specific social justice mission. All for profit travel programs, will not be approved (Travel for Teens, Rustic Pathways, etc.).
Exact deadlines to meet specific CSL requirements are posted on students' grade-level CSL Google Classrooms.
Note: Only work completed in Forms IV-VI counts toward meeting your CSL requirement.
