As our School’s progressive and ethical legacy calls for social commitment and responsibility, especially during moments when the need is greatest, now is a critical time to increase our social impact. We also want to fortify our relationships with our longstanding community partners who have continued to meet the needs of New Yorkers hit hard by COVID-19.
We understand that the stress of our current situation might seem insurmountable, but we remind you that community — both at School and in the greater world — can bolster and sustain us. These suggestions are a way to strengthen our community bonds, and we encourage you to reach out with other ideas. Together, we can get through this crisis, helping each other along the way.
As such, we want to provide opportunities for members of our community to connect with and serve each other.
