Missions: To assist individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment and independence.
Eligibility:
Have a disability that results in substantial impediment to employment
Vocational rehabilitation services are required for employment
Reasonable expectations from OVR so that an individual will be able to work
Cost: There is no cost to apply for OVR services
Plan: Parents must sign a waiver form to let OVR contact them. Then, the OVR counselor will usually come in to meet with the student during their senior year.

AgrAbility for Pennsylvanians (AgrAbility PA) is a statewide partnership between Penn State Extension and UCP Central PA in support of a project funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA). The AgrAbility PA project is designed to assist farmers and other agricultural workers with disabilities or long-term health conditions by providing the resources and support they need to live independently and to continue working in or return to production agriculture.
