4. Research your disability and know how this will affect you in a college setting (class, dorm, activities)
5. Begin to wean off accommodations not realistic in future settings

8. Tour college campus' and visit the disabilities office and find out services they provide and who to contact with questions and help.
9. Submit your documentation before graduation to determine eligibility and make sure it meets college guidelines.
