3.    Research college requirements – contact college admissions to make sure you are on track in high school.

4.    Research your disability and know how this will affect you in a college setting (class, dorm, activities)

5.    Begin to wean off accommodations not realistic in future settings

6.    Look up financial aid and cost of college.

8.    Tour college campus' and visit the disabilities office and find out services they provide and who to contact with questions and help.

9.    Submit your documentation before graduation to determine eligibility and make sure it meets college guidelines.

10.   Make appointment at disability office before college begins.

12.   Apply for scholarships

2.    Fill out FAFSA 

3.    Apply for SAT accommodations if applicable
