Dancers should arrive at their assigned arrival/check-in time (see schedule).
Please arrive fully ready: costume, hair, makeup, and all accessories complete.
Upon arrival, dancers will check in and be directed backstage.
This is a drop-off event for dancers. Only authorized volunteers and staff are allowed backstage.
After the show, dancers will be dismissed to the pick-up area.
For safety, dancers must be picked up by a parent/guardian.
Dancers will remain backstage for the duration of the show, even if they perform early.
Our backstage team will supervise and keep dancers organized, entertained, and performance-ready.
All costume pieces, tights, shoes, and accessories
Dance bag labeled with your dancer’s name
Water bottle (no messy snacks, please!)
Valuables (jewelry, electronics, etc.)
Food that could stain costumes
Extra items - please keep belongings at home
The showcase is free to attend, no tickets required!
Seating is general admission.
Theater doors will open 30 minutes before showtime.
Flowers will be available for purchase in the lobby before and after each show
Blu-rays of the performance will also be available for purchase
Label EVERYTHING with your dancer’s name
Double-check costume pieces before leaving home (don't forget the headpiece!)
Be on time, this helps everything stay on schedule
