Deposits are non-refundable because they are used to order costumes.
Deadline: January 31 is the last day to pay costume deposits in order to participate in the showcase.
If deposits are not paid by 1/31, we cannot guarantee a costume or participation.

Total costume cost is estimated to be $70–$100 per costume, per class.
You already paid $40 per class in January, so you will only owe the remaining balance in May.
Example: If a costume costs $85 total → you already paid $40 → remaining balance due in May is $45.

This fee helps cover showcase expenses so there is no ticket charge for audience members, families may invite as many guests as they’d like.
June 1: All account balances (including any costume balances) must be paid in full in order to receive your costume.

Do families have to buy tickets?
No. There is no ticket charge. The showcase participation fee replaces tickets.
When will I know the final costume price?
After costumes are ordered and confirmed. The remaining balance (after the $40 deposit) is due May 10.
What if we miss the January 31 deposit deadline?
We cannot guarantee a costume or participation after that date.

What is a showcase? The showcase is our end-of-year recital where each of our academy classes will perform a dance for friends and family to watch!
What show will my dancer be in? We will have two shows on June 13th and two shows on June 14th, we don't know yet which dancers will be in which shows but will update as soon as we have the schedule finalized!
Will my dancer be in more than one show? It is possible! Our youngest dancers will be in one show.
How much will tickets be? We won't be selling tickets, your $40 Showcase fee per dancer is all that will be owed for the showcase performance, you may invite as many friends and family members as you would like!
Will there be a dress rehearsal? Yes! Dancers will use the last class before the showcase as their dress rehearsal date, don't worry, plenty of reminders will be sent ahead of time!
What if my dancer is unable to perform in the showcase? Please email office@ebtballet.org as soon as possible to ensure you aren't charged any costume or showcase fees.
How many costumes will my dancer have? One costume per performing class.
When do the costumes go home? The week of May 10th (pending all costume fees have been paid in full), dancers may not wear their showcase costume at home.
Do you need parent volunteers? Why yes we do!
