Dr. Jackson

Hello my name is Emily Jackson and I am the Magnet Site Coordinator at Glen Oaks Magnet High School. I am from New Orleans and I came to Baton Rouge for college. I went to Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences Pre-Medicine and later received a Master of Science in Biochemistry. I graduated from Southern University with a doctorate in Science Education from the Science and Mathematics Education Department (SMED).

I enjoy my job as the Magnet Site Coordinator being that our magnet theme is medical and I love the sciences.
