WEEKLY UPDATE

Hello everyone,

As we come to the end of the Christmas term, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. It has been a busy, exciting, and rewarding term for our Reception children. They have made some incredible progress and we are so proud of how far they have come since September.

This term, the children have settled beautifully into school routines and have shown great enthusiasm for learning. They have been developing their independence, confidence, and friendships, and it has been wonderful to see them grow both socially and academically. This week we have enjoyed sharing Christmas stories,  and taking part in lots of creative activities. The children also had so much fun at our EYFS Christmas Party!

We have uploaded some pictures to Tapestry with a short learning update for each child. Please have a look to see all of the progress your child has made this term. 

A special thank you for your support with reading at home, home learning activities, and for helping the children come to school ready to learn each day. Your involvement really does make a difference!

We would also like to thank you for your support during our Christmas celebrations and events. The children thoroughly enjoyed taking part, and we hope you did too!

As we look ahead to the new term, we are excited to continue building on the children’s learning and to introduce new topics and challenges. Further information about the Spring term will be shared with you in January.
