Team calder & Loxley (year 5)

Good afternoon, 

Teams Calder and Loxley have worked very hard on their independent letters to Kier mather this week and thoroughly enjoyed their pantomime and Christmas party!

Key things this week:

Performances are: Monday morning and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Monday: (from 11am) Art Day 

Friday: DT Day

The children will be continuing with usual maths lessons and producing Christmas themed writing.

Homework will be set this week.

If children cannot access the internet at home, sheets can be requested for homework. 

Reading: The children will be expected to read a minimum of 3 times a week, ideally to a grown-up. This needs to be recorded in their reading records.

Spelling: The children will be expected to play a minimum of 5 games of the set spelling rule on EdShed. 

Maths: The children will have a task set on My Maths.

Children are expected to access TTRockstars a minimum of 3 times a week.
