Good afternoon,
This week the children enjoyed learning about some influential figures in history who stood up and fought for what they believed is right. They were so interested in the stories of Martin Luther King Jr, Rosa Parks, Emmeline Pankhurst and Malala Yousefza and the bravery and inspiration they demonstrated. In English we started to think about our independent letter which we will send to the BBC to ask how they avoid any discrimination in their company and we planned out our ideas. In Science we used a website to help us create our own branching key to classify animals.
