Good afternoon,
Teams Calder and Loxley have had a great first week back and have enjoyed starting their new topic on the world of work in Victorian England.
Next week:
English: we will be continuing our narrative based on a child working in a Victorian mill
Maths: We will be completing our learning on angles.
Curriculum: We will be looking at primary sources to see what affluent people did during the Victorian era
Science: The children will be looking at how our circulatory system works.
PSHE: The children will be finding out about the health risks of vaping and strategies they can use to resist the pressure to vape.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.
Thank you for your continued support,
Mrs Lazenby and Miss Fawcett
