IRFIP successfully organized an online training session for vocational educators under Phase 1 of the AGRIMED DIET project. The Zoom session brought together 14 hospitality teachers specializing in both culinary arts and restaurant service.
Villafuente successfully hosted an on-site training workshop for vocational educators under Phase 1 of the AGRIMED DIET project. Held at the Colegio Gran Capitán de Córdoba in Spain, the intensive session brought together 10 hospitality teachers across disciplines like nutrition, traditional cuisine, pastry, and culinary techniques.
EHTL successfully promoted the Mediterranean Diet through the Erasmus+ “Agrimed” project as part of its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Led by nutritionist Aziza Boukha, the initiative highlighted the Mediterranean Diet as a healthy and sustainable lifestyle recognized by UNESCO, showing how its principles can be adapted to Luxembourgish cuisine by using local vegetables, whole grains, legumes, freshwater fish, and healthier fats such as olive oil.
