I.R.F.I.P. – Religious Institute for Vocational Training and Education is a recognized non-profit association, established in May 2004 on the initiative of parish priest Don Vito Ciullo.
In 2005, the association obtained accreditation from the Apulia Region and was included in the list of accredited training bodies.
Its registered office is located within the beautiful Ducal Palace, in the heart of the Medieval Village of Pietramontecorvino, in the province of Foggia. The Institute has recently accredited a new operational office in Troia (Fg).
The organization pursues the following objectives:
To offer a wide range of diversified training opportunities in dynamic learning contexts, through flexible curricular paths aimed at enhancing, specializing, and qualifying skills to meet labor market demands and personal aspirations;
To implement systemic actions designed to strengthen and consolidate stable relationships between I.R.F.I.P. and secondary schools, universities, research and technological innovation centers, enterprises, social partners, and local authorities;
To promote actions fostering the match between companies’ professional needs and the supply of technical and vocational skills;
To organize study sessions and in-depth discussions on vocational training and labor services, contributing to regional and national developments;
To host thematic conferences focused on workplace learning and services supporting the transition to employment;
To carry out international training initiatives and cultural exchanges with national and foreign organizations.
