Where can I place my orders?

Currently, you can place your orders as usual on Alpha’s web-store. However, starting September 1st, we will be transitioning all customers to Eaton’s web-store. Rest assured, your Alpha representative will be in touch regarding the transition, and you will receive an email containing your new username and password.


Will I be assigned a new Eaton account executive?

No, your account executive will remain the same. We are excited to have them join the Eaton team and bring you all the great benefits that Eaton has to offer. Stay tuned for more updates!


How do I pay past invoices?

For orders invoiced before July 30th, 2023, please remit the payment to Alpha Office Products. Any orders placed on or after July 31st, 2023, should be remitted to Eaton Office Supply. Eaton’s standard terms are Net30. If you previously paid invoices via credit card, please reach out directly to Eaton Office Supply with your credit card information to authorize future transactions.


Will Eaton maintain a warehouse and office in Cleveland?

Absolutely! The only change will be the phone number!


Will there be any changes to the products I order?

Some brands, such as proprietary branded products (Universal, Boardwalk, etc.), will be substituted with Eaton’s proprietary brands, including Business Source, Genuine Joe, and more. Additionally, Eaton’s branded copy paper will be made available to all Ohio customers. We’re also thrilled to introduce numerous new product lines within our furniture, facility, and breakroom categories.

Eaton Acquires Alpha

Effective July 28th, 2023, Eaton Office Supply, a family-owned and operated business supplies dealer based in Buffalo, NY, acquired Alpha Office Products based in Cleveland, OH.


Eaton Office Supply will ensure the highest level of personalized service and support you’ve come to know. Eaton offers over 45,000 Office Supplies and specializes in Office Furniture & Design, Janitorial Equipment, Cleaning & Breakroom Supplies, and Document Solutions.    



Will My Ordering, Delivery, or Invoicing Change?

*Effective July 31st, 2023*

Alpha will continue to operate from its current location, although all remittances should be paid to Eaton Office Supply at 180 John Glenn Drive Amherst, NY 14228 on and after July 31st. Orders will continue to be placed via your Alpha account executive or at www.alphaofficeproducts.com


*Effective September 1st, 2023*

Both companies will operate as Eaton Office Supply and will maintain both offices in Buffalo and Cleveland. Simply place your order by phone at (1-800-365-3237), fax (716-691-0074), or web (www.eatonofficesupply.com). We have merged all the computer records into Eaton’s computer system using a similar account number. You will receive a new login via email or you may ask your account executive to provide it to you.  Delivery will be made with the combined fleet of vehicles and staff to continue the level of service you have come to expect. Invoices will be generated from Eaton’s computer system. To be environmentally responsible, we offer paperless electronic invoicing. Ask your Sales Representative for details, and to learn how to convert to electronic invoicing.
