IT Support Specialist
Summary: The IT Support Specialist is responsible for end-user hardware and software installation and configuration, troubleshooting and repair, as well as network management. The IT Support Specialist provides technical support to employees and guides non-technical workers in the use of information systems. The IT Support Specialist will provide end-user support in tracking problems and issues in business flow after end-users and department heads investigate and attempt to resolve issues on their own.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for documentation, testing, implementation, updating, or modification of client technology based on end-user or system design specifications.
Delivers, installs, maintains, and supports user technology including but not limited to PCs, phones, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Manage User Accounts, Corporate G-Mail, Google Workspace apps, and Productivity software.
Manage Chrome hardware to include corporate Chromebooks and Chromeboxes in the Google Workspace Enterprise environment. Approx 90% chrome devices for desktops
Provides telephone and on-site end-user support.
Provides end-user training and education using industry best practices.
Responds to support queue for proper resolution or escalation of issues to software provider support.
Maintains, installs, and troubleshoots telephony and integrated network devices as needed.
Monitors and reports on the performance, support, and status of hardware and software usage and other measures as appropriate or requested.
Maintains IT hardware and software asset management by performing periodic reviews of all technology equipment, software/OS updates, network layout diagrams, and location floor plans.
Provides user applications support, user configuration maintenance, printer queue management, email support, phone, and network maintenance, and setup.
Enforces company IT Security policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all computer systems and data.
Demonstrate the standards and principles of Eaton Office Supply Co., Inc. in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders. Incorporate the high-performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example, and service in every facet of work.
Documentation
Writing troubleshooting documentation after determining the solution to an uncommon problem

Education/Experience:
Associates in Computer Science or a related field. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Assistant Purchasing Agent
Summary: Responsible for purchase and maintenance of assigned vendors, and expediting wholesaler orders
Essential Functions:
Expediting all wholesale items not ordered through electronic sourcing by resourcing to wholesalers, ordering those items either by electronic sourcing or purchase order creation.
Sourcing products for not listed items, other wholesalers, special pricing quotes, drop ship orders from wholesalers and other vendors.
Informing customer service and sales of all wholesale items out of stock or discontinued and deleting lines from order.
Adding items not in the system, creating sourcing, and initializing in Navision. Update item records.
Deactivating items no longer available from the system.
Finding proof of delivery from wholesaler drop ship items.
Researching pricing for not listed items, estimating shipping costs for drop shipments, as well as comparative pricing between vendors.
General problem-solving of order lines on assigned vendors (ETA, receiving issues, pricing, availability, etc.)
Resolve vendor invoice disputes.
Generate and email purchase orders for assigned vendors. Assist with other unassigned vendors when necessary.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
Ability to understand and use formulas to calculate and forecast inventory needs.
Competency in EOS operating systems including; Navision, and Advanced Forecast Procurement.
Demonstrate and maintain a typing speed of 30+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to understand and analyze reports (i.e. Buyer reports) to monitor inventory.
Competency in all office equipment including; phone/voice mail operation, faxing, copy machine, etc.
Basic PC skills including; Google Suites, Excel, Word, E-Mail, Internet, etc.
Good organizational skills.

Customer Service Representative
Summary: Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations by processing customer orders received by telephone, fax, mail, or internet and answering product, price, and delivery questions or concerns.
Essential Functions:
Take inbound customer calls; provide product and pricing information, shipment, and delivery information.
Enter orders accurately; verifying account information, ship to, quantity ordered, price, and extended order total.
Enter fax, email, handwritten, and mail orders.
Review and release E-Link
Handle customer problems such as returns, credits, price adjustments etc.
Communicate (verbally and/or in writing) customer concerns or requirements to proper personnel (Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Rep etc.).
Attend product training and sales meetings, as needed.
Participate in quality training and contribute to quality teams.
Assist with quotes, competitor cross reference, and price for sales department.

Inform Logistics Supervisor of any discrepancies in packages or delivery information. Represent Eaton Office Supply in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Functions:
Manifest route in proper order using Navision/Jump Track
Load truck and verify carton counts
Deliver orders and obtain customer signatures
Perform customer returns for pick-up
Advise of any undelivered packages and reason
Report faulty delivery information to Logistics Supervisor
Pick up returns and report any unsuccessful pick-ups to Returns Department
Maintain a valid driver license
Maintain a safe driving record
Inspect and maintain a safe vehicle daily / monthly – report deficiencies to Logistics Supervisor
Work overtime when necessary to get all deliveries done daily
Assemble/Load and deliver furniture orders
Deliver regular office product orders to maximize delivery route daily
Coordinate with customers the most effective way to deliver and install furniture
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
