Hi Wes Family! My name is Anita Werner and I am the Occupational Therapist here at Wescosville!
I am currently in my 3rd year of school-based occupational therapy and have loved working here ever since I joined the team back in 2024! I went to Moravian University (College when I was there haha) and graduated with my Bachelor's in Health Sciences. I then went on to pursue my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Salus University and graduated in 2024. I work in an outpatient pediatric clinic per diem to support children and their occupational therapy needs as well!
A little bit about me:
I am getting married this October to my wonder fiance Hunter and we just bought a house this past summer! To add to the fun, we just adopted a black lab puppy named Miller! I come from a family of eye doctors, that includes my parents and my 3 older brothers. In my free time I love to go to the gym, watch shows like Dancing with the Stars, The Bachelor, Grey's Anatomy, and trying out new resturants around the area.
As a school-based occupational therapist, my goal is to help students achieve independence and functional outcomes within the classroom environment. We work on a variety of skills, such as fine motor, visual-motor/perceptual, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care skills, and so much more!
