I am a 2002 graduate of Penn State University and earned my Master's Degree in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University. I currently teach 6th-grade mathematics. The 2026-2027 school year will be my 24th year at Lower Macungie Middle School. I am also the scorekeeper for the Emmaus High School Girls' Basketball Team.
I love to travel. In 2025, Miss Schaeffer and I started the LMMS Travel Club. Over the summer, we took 28 middle school students to Crystal River, Florida. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. We snorkeled with manatees, kayaked, went on an airboat ride, held an alligator, explored caves, and floated down a river while otters played nearby. We are planning a trip for the summer of 2027.
