Only approved EHS clubs or organizations may post materials on bulletin boards or distribute materials to students. Non-school groups will not be granted permission to post or distribute materials to students on campus.

Any club or organization that wishes to post or distribute materials must bring the item to the Athletics and Activities Office for approval. Once approved, the materials will be signed by the Director of Athletics or other building administrator and returned to the applicant for posting.
