By embracing the use of technology in our classrooms, the Easton Area School District is recognizing that students need to use technology to shape the way they learn.
Elementary students in grades K through 5 use iPads in a 1:1 model. Students take iPads home daily and use them for home learning and in-school learning. Student iPads will also go home during summer months with the exception of new lease years when iPads are refreshed.

The goals of our Education Technology staff are to prioritize communication, focus on relationships, build trust and develop an ever changing support system. We understand the challenges of classroom teachers and focus on moving them forward through innovation, creativity and hand-holding whenever needed.
iPads are transforming the way we teach and learn in our school district. By giving a student an iPad, we have put powerful, creative tools in their hands. By providing students with iPads, our teachers have many tools at their fingertips to be able to meet the needs of their students, and to provide creative opportunities throughout the school day.
The resources that are available with instant access to the internet and our EASD Self Service app cover every subject and grade level, and new resources are added frequently.
