You and your team are welcome to set up on December 8 from 3:00–6:00 PM or on December 9 from 6:00–8:00 AM.

On the event day, all members of your team will check in with JAENC staff upon arrival and receive an exhibitor badge. (The Wi-Fi password will be located on the back of your badge.) 

Please plan to arrive at the Kerr Scott Building at least 25 minutes before your scheduled presentation time on December 9 to ensure you’re fully prepared to engage with students.

NOTE: You are welcome to bring swag and giveaways for the students, but stickers are not allowed in the Kerr Scott Building. 

We’re excited to welcome five groups of 8th graders from 20 middle schools across Wake County to JA Inspire on December 9!

Important Notes for Exhibitors:

• Please review the event schedule above to plan any necessary shift changes for your team.

• Lunch will be available in the Hospitality Suite (upstairs) after Group 5 students leave your zone.

• Snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Before you leave:

• Sign out at the registration desk.

• Return your exhibitor badge.

• Pick up your JA Inspire memento as a thank-you for your participation!
