First and foremost I believe in fostering individual relationships with my students to better understand and make connections with them as individuals.
I also utilize Class Dojo with incentives for students. Students and teacher will determine point values, and rewards within the first weeks of school.
Students are expected to enter fourth grade with their basic multiplication and division facts memorized. Flashcards are recommended to practice at home.
