At ESPA, the wellbeing of our students is just as important to us as their training. We are committed to providing a supportive, caring environment where every student feels able to thrive, both personally and academically.

From September, students will have access to a dedicated Student Wellbeing Advisor, who will be the first point of contact for students and parents with any non curriculum related queries or concerns. Working closely with the ESPA team and our partners at Stamford College, they will help ensure that students are able to access the guidance and services they need throughout their time with us.

Whether students need advice regarding English &  Maths arrangements, Additional Learning Support (ALS), attendance, wellbeing, welfare, or simply aren't sure who to speak to, our Student Wellbeing Advisor will be there to help. They will also work closely with parents, curriculum staff, college support teams and external agencies where appropriate, ensuring students receive timely advice and are connected with the most appropriate services.

As part of our partnership with Inspire Education Group, all ESPA students can access the wide range of services available through Stamford College, including Learning Support, Student Services, Information, Advice and Guidance, Safeguarding and Welfare services, Mental Health and Wellbeing support, financial guidance and careers advice. Our Student Wellbeing Advisor will help students navigate these services, providing a clear link between ESPA and the wider college support teams to ensure they receive the right assistance when they need it.

We encourage all students to seek help whenever they need it. No concern is too small, and we are committed to ensuring every student feels supported, valued and able to make the most of their time at ESPA.
