Eastern Howard uses a number of different student resources at different grade levels. Some applications are maintained by the technology department, while others are maintained by building adminstration and teachers. If you see a tool you are not using in your classroom and would like help getting started please let Mr. Berg know.
The elementary has adopted the following digital resources as their main textbooks. Logins and rostering for each of these resources is managed by the technology department. Syncs occur nightly so new students are rostered the day after they are entered into Skyward.
The elementary has adopted the following digital resources as supplemental materials. Rostering for Brainpop and IXL are handled through nightly tech imports and are ready the day after a student is entered into Skyward. Rostering for RAZ is handled by building staff.
Many of the materials that the school uses may be accessed through Clever. Clever is a single sign on utility that connects school accounts to outside sources. If a resource is accessible in Clever it has been added. Students sign into Clever with their normal Eastern username and password.
Teachers may add their own resources into Clever too. Rostering and access for these differ based on the service nd how they provide information to Clever. If you are having an issue adding a resource please email tech@eastern.k12.in.us so that we may help you.
How do students login to Clever and access materials? The answer to that is pretty simple. If you haven't used Clever in some time, or ever, the videos below will walk you through the common ways to log in and access materials with your students.
The middle and high schools use supplemental materials that are connected to their main textbooks. These include both SAVVAS Realize and a handful of others such as Khan Academy.
