An Internship or Work Opportunity allows students to gain experience in a particular field and be able to learn, develop and apply these in real world situations. These are valuable opportunities and are well received by students and in the university application process.

Who: High school students (ages 16-18) interested in gaining remote internship experience in various industries.
Where: Virtual (online)
What: A webinar series focused on how students can secure virtual internships and gain work experience while still in high school. Topics include resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
How: Access the recording and application details through the Virtual Internships website. Students can register for the webinar and apply for internships through the platform.
When: Summer (typically June-August)
Who: High school students (ages 16-18) interested in gaining real-world business experience in a startup environment.
Where: Online or at Grão’s office (depends on the internship option)
What: A summer internship providing high school students the opportunity to work with a startup, assisting with various business tasks, such as marketing, project management, and product development.
How: Apply through the Grão's Summer Internship website. The application includes submitting a resume, a personal statement, and references.
When: Online available all year; On site programs take place in July-August
Who: Students aged 13-18
Where: Online or On site in London, UK
